Recombinant human serum albumin (rHSA) is to clone the target protein gene through gene recombination technology, insert the gene into yeast for fermentation and culture, and then collect the protein through isolation, purification, ultrafiltration and sterilization. It does not need to be extracted from human blood, thus avoiding the limited source of human plasma, the high production cost and the risk of carrying virus in human plasma. The project is a high-tech biotechnological project.
